DODGE CITY – Andrew William Schultz, 24 died Thursday, April 23, 2026.

He was born July 9, 2001 in Dodge City, Kansas the son of William Richard and Donita Leah (Simon) Schultz. He was a graduate of Dodge City High School and worked as a Tire Technician.

He loved hunting, fishing and just being outdoors! He was a very kind and caring young man who would always be there for anyone. He loved his family.

Survivors include his parents, William and Donita Schultz, Dodge City; 2 sisters, Dasha Schultz and partner Jeramie Torrez and Stephanie Schultz and partner Matt Potts; his grandmother, Loleta Schultz; nieces and nephews, Colton and Makenzi Torrez, Ida, Dominic and Andrea Potts; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis and Ruby Simon, and his grandpa, William Schultz Jr.

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 am at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City with Jeff Hiers officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Andrew Cemetery, Wright. There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place.
