DODGE CITY – Ann E. Boehlke, 84, died Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Presbyterian Manor of the Plains.

She was born September 6, 1942 at Hutchinson, Kansas the daughter of Robert William Sr. and Rosa Elizabeth (Morris) Boehlke. She was raised in Mt. Hope, Kansas and was a graduate of Mt. Hope High School. She furthered her education and became a C.N.A. and a Home Health Aide. She worked at the Halsted Hospital for a few years, also at nursing homes in Haven and Goddard before making her way to Dodge City where she worked at Trinity Hospital.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends and she loved to play Bingo.

Survivors include: a nephew, Chris Boehlke, Newton, Kansas and her niece, Katherine Parker, Hutchinson, Kansas, many more relatives and a slew of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert William Boehlke, Jr.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Mt. Hope. There will be no public viewing, the casket will remain closed.
