DODGE CITY – Bonnie Jolene Guerrero, 64, died Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at her home.

She was born July 8, 1959 at Wichita, the daughter of Joseph Lawrence and Maxine Marie (Raple) Tiemeyer.  She was a graduate of Bishop Carroll High School in Wichita.  She moved to Dodge City in 1983 from Wichita and worked in Food Safety with the USDA.  She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Wichita

On September 1, 1990 she married Jesse Guerrero at Wichita.  He survives.

Other survivors include: a son, Eric Guerrero and wife Chevelle, Dodge City, a daughter, Andretta Bennett, Wichita and a son, Mark Guerrero and wife Summer, Douglass, Kansas; 6 brothers and sisters, Mary Kay Hansen and husband Wayne, Windsor, Colorado, Thomas Tiemeyer, Wichita, Jane Maes, Wichita, Kenneth Tiemeyer and wife Carrie, Wichita, Donna Stalnaker, Wichita and Carol Alexander and husband Rick, Knoxville, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren, Chassis, Rozalyn, Cheyene, Shane, Courtney, Carl Jr., Kane, and Keiera and 4 great grandchildren, Henlee, Kannon, Kasen, and Kinlee.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandsons Logan and Jordan.

A celebration of Bonnie's life will be announced and held at a later date.  There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
