DODGE CITY – Bouneva Vongsa, 70 died Monday, December 28, 2020 at Dodge City, Kansas.

He was born on September 1, 1950 in Laos.

He worked at Cargill for 36 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and most of all he loved all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He married Nang Vongsa in April of 1970 she preceded him in death on August 8, 2019.

Survivors include: his 2 daughters, Phoukham Cherry, Dodge City and Kamlay Vongsa, Liberal; 7 grandchildren, Dante Prescott, Cadee Cherry, Emile Vongsa, Eriq Vongsa, Christian Cherry, Jason Cherry Jr., and Cynthia Baum; 2 great grandchildren, Dimitri Rey Morales and Gael Juniper Cherry.

There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date.
