DODGE CITY – Debra Lee Fletcher, 69, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Trinity Manor in Dodge City.
Born October 25, 1956, in Dodge City, Kansas, Debbie was the daughter of Doyle and Noreen Fletcher. To know Debbie was to be greeted by her radiant smile and boundless energy. She was often described as the shining face of the Ford County Tag Office, always genuinely excited to see familiar faces and quick to welcome new ones. Debbie found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was a proud member of the Prairie Bowman Archery Club in Dodge City and loved bow shooting, tending to her garden, and camping. She also had a special fondness for collecting teddy bear figurines, a hobby that beautifully reflected her gentle heart and playful spirit. Debbie enjoyed quiet moments watching Hallmark movies and the comfort and joy they brought her. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her beloved dog, Dixie, her constant and loyal companion.
She is survived by her significant other, Craig Hull of Dodge City; her step-son, Craig Hull Jr. and his wife, Kari, of Severance, Colorado; her step-daughter, Heather Wright and her husband, Mike, of Turpin, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Dennis Fletcher of South Carolina and Doug Fletcher of Norfolk, Virginia.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.
Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Fairview Park Cemetery in St. John, Kansas.
Memorials are suggested to Trinity Manor in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
