DODGE CITY- Dennis Eugene "Animal" Cline, 69, died Thursday, November 2, 2023 at his home.

He was born November 20, 1953 in Douglas, Nebraska, the son of Virgil and Cora (Rose) Counterman.  He was a lifetime resident of Dodge City.  After obtaining his GED he entered the United States Army.  Dennis was a former member of the ABATE, loved animals, and according to his close friends he was "Devoted to the Wind" as he spent lots of time on his motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Debra Beck and a brother, Richard Cline.

Dennis was a good man and will be missed by his close friends.

There will be no public visitation as cremation has taken place.  A graveside memorial service will be at a later date.
