WICHITA – Francis Ann Dobkins, 60, died Thursday, June 23, 2022 at her home in Wichita.

She was born December 23, 1961 at Miami, Florida, the daughter of Joseph Laurent and Mary Francis (Stone) Oliver.  She moved to Dodge City in the 90's and lived a short time in Kinsley before moving to Wichita in 2014.  She was a welder for Broce Manufacturing and a machinist for Curtis Machine both in Dodge City.

She is survived by several cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Oliver.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Bucklin Cemetery, Bucklin with Pastor Suzie Woods officiating. There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
