DODGE CITY – Linda E. Conley, 71, died Saturday, August 30, 2025 at SunPorch of Dodge City.

She was born May 24, 1954 at Ellinwood, Kansas the daughter of Arthur Lee and Dorothy Marie (Thul) Chiles.  She was a graduate of Liberal High School and attended Cosmetology school at Dodge City Community College.  A Dodge City resident since 1972 she worked at Regis Hair Salon and later worked for Flying J Truck Stop for over 30 years until retiring in 2015.

On July 1, 1975 she married Ernest Conley at Dodge City.  He preceded her in death on March 21, 1991.

Survivors include: 3 children, Ernest Michael Conley and wife Latasha, Gardner, Kansas, Camisha "Candy" Conley, Dodge City and Stephanie Conley, Dodge City; and 3 granddaughters, Janae, Kya and Bella.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother, David Chiles and 3 sisters, Sharon Scarborough, Mary Helfrich and Patricia Maas.

Private graveside services will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City, at a later date.  There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
