MEADE – Lynn D. Lewis, 63 died Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Meade District Hospital, Meade, Kansas.

She was born on August 14, 1957 at Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of Stewart and JoAnn (Bock) Lewis. She has lived in Meade for 3 years moving from Dodge City.

Lynn enjoyed cross stitching, scrap booking, cooking, watching birds, collecting antiques such as pottery, glass and furniture. She adored all the dogs she had and her last three were Toby, Gracie and Beau.

Survivors include: her 2 sons, Ross Addison and wife Alayna, Hugoton, Kansas, and Matthew Addison, Cimarron, Kansas; 2 brothers, Danny Lewis and wife Mary, De Pere, Wisconsin and Paul Bock, Muncie, Indiana; one sister, Evelyn Bock, St. Louis, Missouri; uncle, Jay Carter, Mountain Home, Arkansas; aunt, Helen Carter, Paola, Kansas.

Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, step father, Jim Bock and her aunt, Geneva Trickett and her husband Leland.

Private family scattering of her cremated remains will take place at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Ford County Humane Society in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14 ^th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
