DODGE CITY – Olga M. Luna, 77 died Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at her home in Dodge City, Kansas.

She was born June 27, 1945 at Kerrville, Texas the daughter of Fidencio Ruiz and Maria Inez Somora. She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. Olga worked as a CNA.

Survivors include: a son, Joe A. Luna, Dodge City; 2 daughters, Nora Patino, Rocksprings, Texas and Tempie Garcia, Dodge City; a brother, Joe A. Ruiz, San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Sophia Ruiz, Rocksprings, Texas; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Selma Arebalos and Mildred Ruiz.

Vigil service will be at 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday at 10:00 am at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe with Fr. John Stang presiding. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. Visitation will be held Tuesday from noon to 4:00 pm at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.
