FOWLER- Cheney, Rosa Ellen, age 82, Retired Elementary School Teacher passed away peacefully on Jan 16th,2020. Born Feb. 4,1937 in Tuttle, Ok.

She is preceded in death by parents Allie and Jewel Spence, husband Ray Cheney, daughter Mary Ellen Cheney, and sister Lorene Spence.

Rosa is survived by brother Tom (Linda) Spence.

Rosa taught school in both Fowler and Meade. Rosa had a love of reading and music. She touched the lives of many people: as a teacher, speaker, library volunteer, and playing piano for two churches.
