Obituary

MINNEOLA – Theodore Paul Leis was born Friday, July 31, 2026 to Nathan and Gwendolyn (Racy) Leis in Wichita.

Theodore Paul Leis was deeply loved from the very beginning. Though his time on earth was far too brief, he forever changed the hearts and lives of those who loved him. From the moment his parents learned they were expecting him, he was prayed for, dreamed about, and cherished every single day. He was the answer to countless prayers and brought so much joy to his family. Theodore will forever be the precious son of Nathan and Gwendolyn.

Although his family did not have the privilege of watching Theodore grow on earth, they entrust him to the tender care of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who knows both the sorrow of a mother's heart and the joy of eternal life with her Son. They look forward with hope to the day when, by God's mercy, their family will be reunited with Theodore in the communion of saints, where death will be no more and love will never end.

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you." — Jeremiah 1:5
